We are looking for a motivated and professional Operations Support Administrator to join our Deal Operations team within Business Sales / M&A. This is an office-based role where you will play a key part in supporting deal processes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to build a long‑term career in Operations & Administration within the Business Sales and M&A industry. You don’t need direct industry experience – full training is provided, and you will learn directly from our experienced team.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing enquiries and NDAs (Non‑Disclosure Agreements) from our third‑party marketing portals.
- Upload, manage, and maintain business adverts across third‑party marketing portals, ensuring listings are accurate, compliant, and up to date with approved content.
- Work proactively to meet or exceed individual and team performance targets.
- Manage workload effectively to ensure service levels are maintained during peak periods.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in our CRM database.
- Liaise with both clients and buyers to approve the release of marketing information.
