About Us

At HMA Tax, we specialise in helping commercial property owners identify unclaimed Capital Allowances to receive tax relief and refunds. We provide advice to many of the UK’s leading law firms, accountants and property developers. As the UK’s foremost independent experts in Capital Allowances, our team will ensure that our clients receive the maximum tax relief that they are entitled to.

We are now looking for an Assistant Administrator to join the team at our Worcester office. If you are a proactive and motivated individual looking to make a significant impact in a leading consultancy firm, we would love to hear from you.

The Role

  • Making outbound B2B calls to our clients to collect the necessary documentation to process Capital Allowance claims.
  • Carrying out administration tasks on a daily basis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Deliver exceptional service with empathy, diligence, and speed, ensuring an impeccable client experience.

Ideal candidate

  • Experience in a similar admin role is ideal but not essential (full training will be given).
  • Self‑motivated, professional and a team player.
  • Able to build and develop excellent relationships with clients.
  • Confident and polite phone manner.
  • Reliable and resilient and able to work on their own, as well as part of a dynamic team.
  • Lots of energy, an enthusiastic approach and the desire to be the best!
