The Estates Intelligence solution empowers our clients to accomplish strategic objectives by optimising insight into estate activity and performance in an evolving FM market. As part of the ongoing growth, KBR is actively recruiting to expand its team to deliver current and future Estates Intelligence contracts.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Training & Support Services Specialist to join our Estates Intelligence team. As a Training & Support Services Specialist, you will work closely with the Training & Support Services Manager to deliver comprehensive training and support services across all teams within the business unit. Your role will involve engaging with various stakeholders, creating and delivering training materials, maintaining quality standards, and providing valuable insights into effective training methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with teams within the Estates Intelligence unit and key client stakeholders to understand their training and quality requirements.
  • Develop, deliver, and maintain training materials, processes, and matrices.
  • Ensure high-quality standards are maintained and training requirements are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with training mediums and methodologies to provide innovative training solutions.
  • Support the Estates Intelligence team in all aspects of services, including processes, procedures, compliance, systems, and training.
  • Mentor and provide support to Training & Quality Assurance Operators for their development and growth.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of training and quality methodologies, processes, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent ability to deliver training sessions using various mediums (in person, workshops, one-on-one, remote, videos, etc.) based on the subject matter.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in mentoring or supporting team members.
Technical Skills/Knowledge:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including training material development and delivery.
  • Proven ability to creatively explain basic, complex, and extensive problems and challenges.
  • Expertise in training and quality methodologies and best practices.
  • Exemplary interpersonal skills.
  • Expert-level knowledge of systems, procedures, compliance, and regulations related to all NSH operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and all NSH operations software.
