b Overview /b p In this role you will coordinate SQEP and EHSSQ induction activities across the PPP programme at the Sellafield site, ensuring compliant training delivery and accurate data. You will work with Lot 1 and PPP teams to standardize inductions, manage training logistics, and support LMS rollout. You’ll partner with suppliers and internal teams to maintain quality assurance, governance, and reporting for training and SQEP status. This is a hands-on coordination role that enables safe, compliant project delivery in a high-security nuclear environment. You will contribute to a scalable training framework that supports decommissioning initiatives and a safety-first culture. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Support Lot 1 SQEP and training compliance /li li Develop and facilitate the PPP EHSSQ and Nuclear Safety induction /li li Maintain accurate training and competence data across the programme /li li Coordinate training logistics, bookings, and requests /li li Ensure training data, reports, and dashboards are accurate; assist audits and assurance activities /li li Support rollout and improvement of the PPP Learning Management System (LMS) and document processes /li li Foster collaboration with partners, suppliers, and internal teams; communicate updates and changes /li li Assist with transition from previous SQEP/induction arrangements /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Experience improving performance across teams or projects /li li Good coordination and organisational skills /li li Confident working with multiple stakeholders /li li Ability to follow processes and support assurance activities /li li Experience organizing or facilitating training activities /li li Desirable: experience with training systems or LMS platforms /li /ul ul li Good teamwork and collaboration /li li Clear communication /li li Organised and reliable /li li Problem-solving with a risk-aware approach /li li Experience with LMS platforms /li li Knowledge of training systems or data management /li /ul
