About the Role - We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to provide comprehensive commercial support to a high‑priority infrastructure remediation programme on a highly regulated site. This is an on‑site role requiring close collaboration with project management, commercial teams and wider stakeholders to ensure robust cost control, contract management and commercial assurance throughout delivery. You will play a key part in supporting contract administration, compensation event management, forecasting, payment assessments and financial reporting, ensuring full compliance with NEC4 processes and governance.
Essential Experience:
- Experience delivering quantity surveying activities on complex programmes or projects.
- Strong working knowledge of NEC4 contracts.
- Experience using a recognised contract management system (e.g., CEMAR).
- Demonstrated experience engaging with diverse stakeholders across project delivery.
- Experience of working on a highly regulated site.
Qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications and demonstrable experience in NEC4 commercial activities within major project environments.
- Accredited degree in a Cost, Commercial, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
Desirable:
- RICS Chartered (or equivalent professional accreditation).
- NEC4 PMA qualification.
Location: Onsite 40 hours per week - Plymouth.
Security Requirements: SC Clearance. Due to the secure nature of this project, restrictions in relation to UK residency and nationality will apply.
