We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of network security and WiFi solutions for our diverse client base. Your expertise will help ensure seamless connectivity, robust security measures, and high customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced environment, contributing directly to our clients' business continuity.

Duties:

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot WiFi and network security hardware and software across client sites.
  • Conduct site surveys to assess technical requirements and recommend optimal solutions.
  • Provide technical support for clients via remote assistance or on-site visits.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to demonstrate product capabilities through detailed demos and presentations.
  • Assist in managing project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Accessing hardware at height via MEWP and other access methods.
  • Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or expanding existing services.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, configurations, and system updates using CRM software.

Requirements:

  • CompTIA Network or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a technical role or network engineering within the technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of WiFi systems, network security protocols, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Previous experience working with CCTV solutions.
  • Excellent analysis skills to assess client needs and develop tailored technical solutions.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience with product demonstrations.
