At KBR, we are shaping the future of sustainable energy and complex engineering solutions. We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Corporate to support hiring across KBR, delivering high-quality permanent recruitment across a range of corporate functions and geographies.

This is a hands-on, business-facing role where you will act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, driving recruitment strategies that align with business priorities. You will play a critical role in attracting top talent within the Energy sector, including emerging areas linked to the Energy Transition.

You will also provide day-to-day guidance and support to the wider Talent Acquisition team, helping to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for permanent roles across Corporate functions, including IT, Digital, Legal, Finance, Procurement and HR.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategies, and market approach.
  • Proactively source candidates using direct sourcing, talent mapping, and networking techniques.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and niche skill sets, across all corporate functions.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing insight on hiring trends, market conditions and talent availability.
  • Participate in resource planning and business meetings to align hiring activity with project and organisational needs.
  • Influence stakeholders with data-driven recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Provide guidance, mentoring and support to Recruiters and Recruitment Coordinators.
  • Contribute to team performance by sharing best practice, improving processes and supporting workload prioritisation.
  • Collaborate closely with HR, Marketing and Communications to strengthen employer branding and attraction strategies.
  • Drive efficient and compliant recruitment processes, ensuring adherence to KBR policies and employment legislation.
  • Produce and analyse recruitment metrics and reports, using data to optimise performance and outcomes.
  • Leverage ATS systems (e.g. Workday) to manage recruitment activity and maintain data integrity.
  • Champion KBR as an employer of choice within the Energy sector.
  • Partner with Marketing to deliver innovative sourcing and attraction campaigns.
  • Contribute to broader Talent Acquisition and HR initiatives, including process improvements and strategic projects.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven in-house recruitment experience with Global Corporate functions, including exposure to the Energy / Engineering / Technology sector.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting for technical and professional roles, including Engineering, Project Management and Commercial.
  • Experience operating as a business partner, influencing stakeholders and managing complex hiring requirements.
  • In-depth experience of leading global recruitment campaigns.
  • Strong direct sourcing and talent mapping capability.
  • Confident working in a fast-paced, matrixed organisation with competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret and present recruitment data.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g. Workday) and Microsoft Office tools.
Qualifications
  • Degree in HR, Business or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable.
