We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to support hiring across KBR, delivering high-quality permanent recruitment across a range of corporate functions and geographies.This is a hands-on, business-facing role where you will act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, driving recruitment strategies that align with business priorities. You will play a critical role in attracting top talent within the Energy sector, including emerging areas linked to the Energy Transition.You will also provide day-to-day guidance and support to the wider Talent Acquisition team, helping to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & DeliveryManage end-to-end recruitment for permanent roles across Corporate functions, including IT, Digital, Legal, Finance, Procurement and HRPartner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategies, and market approach. Exposure to Engineering, Project Management and Commercial would be beneficial.Experience operating as a business partner, influencing stakeholders and managing complex hiring requirementsIn depth experience of leading global recruitment campaigns.
