We are seeking an experienced Senior Subsea Pipeline Engineer to join our growing consulting team at KBR's Leatherhead office. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong engineer to work on high-profile, complex subsea pipeline projects across multiple stages of development, while contributing to a collaborative and forward-thinking team. The role is based in our Leatherhead office, 40 hours per week, with hybrid working potentially available. Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality technical work across subsea pipeline engineering projects at various stages of development. Lead and contribute to feasibility, concept and FEED studies for offshore and subsea pipeline systems. Perform and oversee detailed engineering design of subsea pipelines in accordance with ASME B31 series and DNVGL standards, including: Apply engineering judgement to identify risks, opportunities and solutions on complex subsea challenges. Liaise effectively with other engineering disciplines and deputise for the lead engineer in client meetings where required. Engage with clients and stakeholders at a technical level, building trusted long-term relationships. Essential RequirementsDegree in Engineering (or equivalent).Extensive years of experience in pipeline engineering and subsea pipelines. Strong technical knowledge across subsea pipeline design, analysis and delivery to ASME B31 and DNVGL standards. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (up to 5 at a time) and deliver to strict deadlines. Experience working within both operator and contractor organisations. Subsea pipeline construction experience. Deepwater project experience. Finite element analysis (FEA) capability, including experience with Caesar II and Mathcad. Experience writing technical proposals. Experience leading or mentoring small engineering teams.
