KBR Consulting is seeking a Senior Process Consultant with Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) liquefaction experience to join our international consulting organisation. The successful candidate will be a senior technical leader, providing high-value advisory and engineering input across the gas pretreatment and liquefaction and gas infrastructure project lifecycle and supporting early phase technical activities aligned with gas monetisation, security of supply and energy transition objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Senior Consultant on LNG, and other cryogenic liquefied gas-related studies and projects.
- Lead or provide senior technical oversight for feasibility, concept and Pre-FEED studies.
- Develop and review high-quality technical deliverables including reports, presentations, process models and decision-support materials.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients, engaging effectively at a technical level.
- Support KBR Consulting’s LNG and gas infrastructure growth strategy through proposal and tender preparation.
- Mentor and guide less-experienced engineers and consultants.
Experience & Technical Capability:
- Depth of experience and knowledge in LNG and gas market knowledge and commercial drivers.
- Demonstrable experience in LNG and/or gas processing projects.
- Strong experience supporting feasibility, concept and Pre-FEED studies.
Essential skills:
- Degree (BEng / MEng or equivalent) in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments and deliver high-quality outputs to tight schedules.
Professional Competencies:
- Ability to work within a ‘sell-do’ consulting model.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving client needs.
Other Requirements:
- Based in our Leatherhead offices (but other locations considered).
- Fluent English required; additional languages are beneficial.
