In this role, you will:
- Engage directly with customers building trusted relationships and identifying opportunity pathways.
- Develop innovative, future‑proof, low‑risk and profitable solutions that meet stringent security, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Capture teams to develop winning themes, clear differentiators, and compelling technical narratives.
- Produce convincing proposal content—technical volumes, architectures, white papers, estimates—that clearly articulate why your solution is the winning one.
- Mentor and inspire teams, strengthening KBR’s technical capability and delivery confidence.
- Engage stakeholders at every level, customers, partners, SMEs and executives, with clarity, confidence, and credibility.

How will you make an impact? You will have demonstrable experience in:
- Solution selling and early client engagement across Defence, Government or Nuclear sectors.
- Building deliverable, profitable, low‑risk solutions for major programmes.
- Leading the technical solution for bids, pursuits, and competitive tenders.
- Developing high‑quality technical content including BOEs, architectures, and white papers.
- Partnering with business development, capture, and programme teams to shape winning propositions.
- Delivering excellent stakeholder engagement - building relationships, influencing direction, and presenting confidently to senior audiences.
Location: The role is Hybrid where some of your time will be spent in our UK Head Office in Surrey, working from home or travelling to Client sites.
Security Requirements: SC Clearance. Due to the secure nature of some of our projects, restrictions in relation to UK residency and nationality will apply.
