Role Summary We are seeking an experienced cybersecurity professional to provide technical leadership across security operations, vulnerability management, incident response, threat hunting, risk mitigation, and compliance activities.

You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, lead enterprise security initiatives, and help strengthen and mature security capabilities across the organisation Responsibilities As Senior IT Security Principal, you will provide technical leadership across security operations, incident response, threat hunting, vulnerability management, security architecture, identity and access governance, and compliance activities.

You will lead the response to complex cybersecurity incidents, drive enterprise-wide risk reduction initiatives, advise senior stakeholders on security strategy, and mentor security professionals while delivering cross-functional projects that strengthen the organisation's overall security posture.

Required Experience Proven experience leading security incident response activities.

Strong expertise in vulnerability management and enterprise threat hunting.

Experience with security frameworks, compliance programmes, and governance practices.

Knowledge of identity and access governance, including role-based access control.

Experience leading enterprise-wide security initiatives and collaborating across technical and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications Relevant GIAC certification such as GSEC or equivalent.

Membership of recognised security professional organisations.

Experience supporting acquisitions, integrations, or enterprise reviews.

Experience with Service Now Vulnerability Response, Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, or similar platforms.
