We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Collaboration Administrator to join our IT team and play a key role in delivering secure, modern, and user-focused collaboration services across the business.
You will be responsible for the administration, governance, security, and continuous improvement of Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies, helping to drive digital transformation, improve productivity, and support AI-enabled ways of working Responsibilities Administer and support Share Point Online, Microsoft Teams, One Drive for Business, Microsoft Viva, Power Platform, and Microsoft Copilot.
Manage governance, permissions, security, retention, and compliance across Microsoft 365 services.
Support Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption and AI-powered productivity initiatives.
Develop and enhance Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
Use Power Shell to automate administration, reporting, and operational processes Troubleshoot technical issues and provide end-user support across collaboration platforms.
Deliver user training, create technical documentation, and champion best practice adoption.
Support platform improvements, migrations, and continuous service enhancement activities.
Required Experience You will have at least 3 years' experience administering and supporting Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies within an enterprise environment, with strong hands-on expertise in Share Point Online, Microsoft Teams and the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate).
You will have experience managing governance, permissions, security and compliance across Microsoft 365, alongside the ability to troubleshoot complex user and platform issues.
Practical Power Shell administration experience is highly desirable, as is experience supporting One Drive for Business and Microsoft Copilot.
You will be a confident communicator who can work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive adoption, optimise collaboration services and deliver continuous improvement initiatives.
Location The role is Hybrid where 3 days per week will be spent in our UK Head Office in the Surrey area.
