About the Role: As the Senior Infrastructure Lead, you will play a key role in aligning the Client’s strategic objectives with infrastructure planning and delivery. You’ll act as an Intelligent Customer, ensuring that infrastructure requirements—both current and future—are clearly defined, understood, and aligned with operational priorities. Working closely with stakeholders and compliance teams, you’ll help bridge strategy and delivery, supporting master planning, base optimisation, and future programme development. You’ll also serve as a critical interface between future programme teams and the infrastructure function.
Essential Experience:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, with the ability to use tools effectively to support delivery and collaboration.
- Proven project management experience, ideally within highly regulated complex environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills, with the confidence to work across all levels of an organisation.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
- A highly organised approach, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Location: The role is Hybrid (Site/Glasgow Office/Home)
Security Requirements: SC Clearance. Due to the secure nature of this project, restrictions in relation to UK residency and nationality will apply.
