Job Title

Programme Integration Lead

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to an integrated team of multiple functions and technical disciplines in the delivery of a complex infrastructure programme.
• Work with leadership from all delivery agents to ensure integration of activities and outputs undertaken by your tranche and keep it aligned with other tranches.
• Serve as the key conduit for integration development against a common programme Work Breakdown Structure across the Delivery Agents, ensuring a credible and affordable schedule of works is maintained that meets Programme readiness dates in line with the Statement of Requirements.

Requirements

• Leadership experience within a large or complex capability delivery programme.
• Ability to deliver within a structured environment and capable of deriving innovative and creative solutions to problems.
• Successful experience leading a virtual team across functional, organisational or geographic boundaries to deliver high quality outputs.
• Experience leading stakeholder management activities within a complex environment.

Location

Hybrid: 3 days per week will be spent in the office in Glasgow City Centre.

Security Requirements

SC Clearance. Due to the secure nature of this project, restrictions in relation to UK residency and nationality will apply.
