About the Role

As Infrastructure Manager – Outstations, you will be the Delivery Sponsor and Intelligent Customer for infrastructure across the outstation portfolio. You are responsible for assuring that infrastructure is safe, secure, compliant and fit for purpose, working closely with internal stakeholders, delivery partners and external organisations. Reporting through the infrastructure and authorisation chain, you will provide confidence that outstation assets continue to support operational outputs effectively. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement, sound judgement, and the ability to balance competing priorities in a regulated and safety‑critical environment.

Essential Experience

  • A Health & Safety background, with experience operating in regulated environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently at all levels.
  • Clear, structured communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and use personal initiative.

Location

The role is Hybrid where at least 3 days per week will be spent at the Client sites. It is essential that you have your own transport and are comfortable travelling.

Security Requirements

SC Clearance. Due to the secure nature of this project, restrictions in relation to UK residency and nationality will apply.
