We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager with a strong background in infrastructure procurement to lead pre-contract commercial activities, with a primary focus on NEC4-based forms of contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation working on complex, high-value infrastructure projects, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping commercial strategy from the earliest project stages.
The RoleYou will lead and manage the end-to-end tendering and procurement process, ensuring commercially robust, compliant, and competitive submissions. Working closely with bid, design, and delivery teams, you will help drive value, manage commercial risk, and establish strong contractual foundations for project success. A strong working knowledge of NEC4 (ECC/PSC) is essential, including pricing mechanisms, risk allocation, and contributing commercial inputs into scope development.
LocationThe role is Hybrid where 3 days per week will be spent in the office in Glasgow City Centre.
