Role Summary: We are seeking a Digital Delivery Lead to support our shift towards data-centric project execution. This role will work closely with project teams and KBR's corporate digital engineering group to deliver scalable, innovative digital solutions that enhance engineering outcomes. You will assess project needs, identify opportunities for digital integration and guide the implementation of advanced tools and technologies - including AI/ML, digital twins and Common Data Environments (CDEs). The role requires both deep technical knowledge and a strategic mindset to ensure solutions deliver measurable business value. This position is based at our Leatherhead office in Surrey and follows a hybrid working model (3 days per week in the office, with remote flexibility).
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define and implement digital project delivery strategies.
- Lead the development and execution of Digital Execution Plans and associated technical documentation.
- Evaluate commercial off-the-shelf solutions versus custom development needs.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on digital tools, offering guidance and training to project teams.
- Manage project resources, schedules and budgets to align with KBR's delivery standards.
- Stay current on industry trends in digital engineering, AI and agile methodologies.
- Promote a culture of digital excellence, continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in digital project delivery, with a strong understanding of engineering workflows.
- Proven track record in delivering complex digital systems and leading multi-disciplinary teams.
Key Skills:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to engage teams and stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of data integration across the full project lifecycle (1D to 8D).
- Familiarity with software architecture, APIs, digital twin technologies and agile development.
