The Design Project Manager is responsible to the Programme Delivery Lead for design development aspects and has a key role throughout the project lifecycle. The Project Manager will ensure the successful delivery of the design aspects of this capital infrastructure programme and will ensure that team members are provided with direction and support to lead, manage and deliver projects. This role will work closely with the Engineering Manager who will support on technical aspects, and the delivery Project Managers who will coordinate the respective Contractor packages. The candidate will be required to deliver at pace and demonstrate effective application of programme and project management skills, tools and techniques. What Do We Need We are looking for demonstrable experience in an infrastructure design management role. You will have * Hands on experience of managing delivery using NEC4 contracts including management of change. * Sound commercial knowledge and understanding of the cost and value of packages. * Experience of contract administration using CEMAR, or a similar platform. * Primavera P6 knowledge and understanding. Qualifications * Chartered membership of relevant professional body (either Project Management or Engineering). * NEC PM accreditation or formal training. Location The role is Hybrid where 3 days per week will be spent in the office in Glasgow City Centre.
