We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of network security and WiFi solutions for our diverse client base. Your expertise will help ensure seamless connectivity, robust security measures, and high customer satisfaction.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot WiFi and network security hardware and software across client sites.
- Conduct site surveys to assess technical requirements and recommend optimal solutions.
- Provide technical support for clients via remote assistance or on-site visits.
- Assist in managing project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of solutions aligned with client needs.
- Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or expanding existing services.

Requirements:
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent.
