Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Development leader to drive growth for KBR's Mission Technology Solutions (MTS) business in Poland.
Working as part of an expanding European team, you will play a key role in identifying and shaping new opportunities, building strategic relationships, and positioning our organisation as a trusted partner to the Polish armed forces and the wider defence community.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Polish defence market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government, military and industry stakeholders.
- Represent MTS as the country lead for all direct commercial sales.
- Lead and support bid activity, from early positioning through to proposal submission.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and upcoming programmes.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience within the military / defence sector.
- Proven experience in business development within the Polish defence sector.
- Experience preferable within at least one area of MTS's portfolio, such as logistics, sustainment, autonomy and/or air and missile defence.
- Strong network across the Polish armed forces, relevant ministries and defence industry.
- Experience contributing to or leading bids and proposals.
- Fluent in Polish and working level proficiency in English.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of an extended team.
