At KBR, We Deliver.KBR is seeking a **Senior Manager, Sales** to lead business development and sales activities within the **civil nuclear sector**, based out of **Leatherhead**.
This role will focus on driving growth across the UK and international civil nuclear markets, with particular emphasis on **early-phase project opportunities** including feasibility studies, concept development, pre-FEED, FEED, and owner\’s engineering services, as well as technology- and advisory-led engagements.The role is centred on **client relationship development, opportunity origination, and front-end positioning**, working closely with KBR\’s global nuclear, engineering, technology, and project delivery teams.
**Key Responsibilities*** Develop and execute **sales and business development strategies** for civil nuclear markets, aligned with KBR\’s global growth and nuclear strategy.
* Identify, originate, qualify, and mature **civil nuclear opportunities**, encompassing new build, existing fleet support, decommissioning, waste management, fuel cycle, and nuclear infrastructure programs.
* Lead front-end engagement for **early-phase nuclear projects**, including feasibility studies, concept development, pre-FEED/FEED, owner\’s engineering, and advisory services.
* Build and sustain strong, senior-level relationships with **nuclear operators, government bodies, regulators, developers, supply chain partners, EPCs, and strategic alliance partners**.
* Act as a **commercial ambassador for KBR\’s civil nuclear capabilities**, enhancing client engagement, market visibility, and thought leadership within the sector.
