The Requirements Engineer will join the Engineering team to support the technical assurance activities associated with the design and implementation of systems for multiple projects. The scope of work is replacement/refurbishment of plant and equipment to comply with modern standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing requirements and acceptance process on multi-discipline packages of work.
  • Requirement specification production / management.
  • Working with mechanical, electrical and process systems.
  • Provide guidance and support to the Project Engineers and Project Managers.
  • Undertake regular reviews of Requirements Management project governance.
  • Undertake technical assessment of Consultant and Contractor deliverables.

What Do We Need:

You will have a background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and be familiar with requirements management database software. We’d like to see:

  • INCOSE ASEP/CSEP certified Systems Engineer.
  • Experience with engineering PLM systems (I.e. Windchill, Teamcenter).
  • Experience with IBM DOORs/Dimensions RM or similar.

Location: The role is Hybrid where 3 days per week will be spent in the office in Glasgow City Centre.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline.
  • Chartered/Incorporated Engineer status or able to attain chartered/incorporated status (demonstration of continued professional development).

Security Requirements: SC Clearance Due to the secure nature of this project, restrictions in relation to UK residency and nationality will apply.
