About the Role
As the Logistics Project Manager, you are accountable to the Senior Project Manager for developing and managing construction delivery arrangements and supporting the programme through every stage of the lifecycle. You will play a key role in establishing and delivering critical infrastructure works, providing clear leadership, direction, and support to project teams while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, to cost and quality. Working within a secure operational base presents unique challenges. You will need to demonstrate strong project management capability, adaptability, and the ability to deliver at pace while managing interfaces, dependencies, and evolving priorities. Stakeholder engagement is central to this role, and you will work daily with a wide range of internal and external partners, including senior representatives across multiple organisations.
Essential Experience
- A hands‐on consultancy or construction background with substantial experience delivering complex construction projects, including leadership at project or programme level.
- Strong experience managing construction logistics.
- Sound commercial awareness, with the confidence to challenge cost estimates and contractor proposals.
- Proven experience delivering projects using NEC4 contracts, including change control and stakeholder management.
Location - The role is Hybrid where 3 days per week will be spent at the Client site in Helensburgh.
Security Requirements - SC Clearance. Due to the secure nature of this project, restrictions in relation to UK residency and nationality will apply.
