Admin SupportBased in West Cumbria this Project Support role provides a wide range of administrative duties and technical support.
- Providing PA support to key personnel including preparing presentations and organising workshops and meetings (including taking minutes).
- Provide support to key meetings, managing conference bookings.
- Managing the coordination of IT equipment for new starters ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, including delivering building inductions.
- Manage the Off-site Location Database.
- Additional ad hoc duties as required.
- Previous administration experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office software, in particular Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage and interface with stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborative working style.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexibility to travel to other locations as and when necessary.
