Accountable for developing, coordinating, and implementing plans and schedules for various projects in accordance with company policies and procedures. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met within established timelines and budgets.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules, ensuring that all project activities are properly defined, monitored, and controlled.
- Work closely with project teams to identify potential risks and develop contingency plans.
- Communicate project progress and status updates to stakeholders, including senior management.
- Ensure project deadlines and milestones are met and that projects are delivered within budget.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams to ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities and update project plans as required.
- Participate in project reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.
Experience Required
- Understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Sound knowledge of all engineering and commercial aspects of major civil and infrastructure projects.
- Experience with CPM networks, resource and cost loading and risk management techniques.
- Ability to effectively monitor and analyse progress, identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
