Responsibilities

  • Work within the Supply Chain function to review, qualify, award and manage subcontractors across various energy and infrastructure sectors.
  • Support the successful execution of projects by gaining experience in all stages of subcontract management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure project requirements are met safely and efficiently.
  • Develop practical skills through hands‑on learning on the job and structured training.

Qualifications

  • GCSEs in English and Maths.
  • Three A‑Levels.
  • Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).

Training & Development

  • Attend a local college on day release to complete a Level 6 Chartered Manager degree (part of the Management & Administration Skill Set).
  • Four days per week spent learning on the job at KBR, with additional support provided for college assignments.
