Responsibilities
- Help to shape our dedicated project support offer to an offshore wind developer in the early project stages.
- Provide interface management support to key clients, taking responsibility for the following types of activities:
- Requirements capture.
- Supporting risk identification, assessment and mitigation.
- Stakeholder management.
- Applying suitable controls and decision logs to information flow.
- Contracting support.
- Support the development of our wider package management offerings in our core technical areas.
- Engage with colleagues from across the company to deliver success.
Qualifications & Skills
- Significant experience of working in the offshore wind industry, providing project/interface management to a developer, OEM or foundation designer.
- Previous track record in developing and managing relationships with multiple stakeholders within the offshore wind industry.
- Clear communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Understanding of the key commercial challenges faced during an offshore wind project.
- High level understanding of wind turbine or wind farm technology.
- A degree in Engineering, Physics, Applied Mathematics or related discipline.
- A strong team player with a willingness to create the new and different.
- Chartered Engineer status.
- Must be able to undergo pre‑employment screening and satisfy clearance criteria for UK National Security Vetting.
