About the Role

The Capability Integration Support Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring that stakeholders, operational teams, and project delivery partners remain aligned. Reporting to the Assistant Head of Capability Integration, you will support readiness activities, facilitate engagement, and ensure smooth integration between project outputs and existing site operations. You will act as a central point of coordination, ensuring that planning, communication and decision‐making reflect the needs of both the programme and operational stakeholders. This is a fast‐paced delivery environment with interdependencies across several programmes. You will be proactive, organised, and capable of applying strong project and change management principles.

Essential Experience

You will have a strong understanding of stakeholder, change and project management principles, with the ability to analyse information objectively and produce clear, concise briefings for senior leaders. Highly organised and confident in leading others, you will bring experience in managing risk and scheduling within complex infrastructure environments. Your background will include hands‐on project delivery and active stakeholder management, and you will work effectively within collaborative, multi‐disciplinary teams to achieve successful outcomes.

Location

The role is Hybrid where 2 - 4 days per week will be spent at the Client site in Helensburgh.
