This role is a 12-month FTC to cover Maternity. KBR has developed and implemented an innovative, cost effective Estates Intelligence solution. The Estates Intelligence solution empowers our clients to accomplish strategic objectives by optimising insight into estate activity and performance in an evolving FM market. As part of the ongoing growth, KBR is actively recruiting to expand its team to deliver current and future Estates Intelligence contracts. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Training & Support Services Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Training & Support Services Manager to develop training and quality strategies for the Estates Intelligence team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful management of training and quality requirements, from planning to implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Training & Support Services Manager to develop training and quality strategies for the Estates Intelligence team.
- Manage and support the implementation of training and quality requirements for all areas within the team.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish training and quality requirements.
- Provide direct line management to the Training & Support Services team, including regular 1-on-1 meetings, development support, and coaching.
- Oversee the delivery of training and quality initiatives for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training and development programs and recommend improvements.
- Ensure high-quality standards are maintained by the Training & Quality Operators.
- Mentor and manage Training & Support Services staff to deliver quality requirements across NSH Helpdesks and the wider Estates Intelligence team.
- Report on trends and recommend improvements based on analytical insights.

- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive performance and meet deadlines.

Technical Skills/Knowledge

- Expert-level knowledge of systems, procedures, compliance, and regulations related to NSH operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and all NSH operations software.
