Engineering Programme Manager
As an Engineering Programme Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of high-impact infrastructure programmes from concept to completion. You’ll manage multiple projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure everything runs smoothly—on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
This role requires a strong understanding of project management principles, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep knowledge of construction and engineering processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the successful delivery of large infrastructure programmes.
- Manage programme plans, budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Coordinate interdependent projects and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Mitigate risks and manage change across the programme lifecycle.
- Engage with stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in programme delivery.
