Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 per annum

Location: Any UK Frazer-Nash Office

Working Pattern: Flexible hybrid – office, client site, and home

Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of CSS artefacts aligned to DO-326A, ED-202A, ED-203A.
  • Conduct threat analysis, risk assessments, and define security architectures.
  • Integrate cyber security into safety-critical assurance (DO-178C, DO-254, IEC 61508).
  • Support system and safety assessments (ARP4754A, ARP4761).
  • Engage clients, shape solutions, and influence programme outcomes.
  • Scope and cost work, support bids and proposals.
  • Mentor junior consultants and grow capability.

Qualifications

  • Practitioner-level experience in DO-326A (and DO-356A/DO-355).
  • Understanding of cyber security artefacts in safety-critical environments.
  • Strong knowledge of safety-critical software standards.
  • Familiarity with ARP4754A, ARP4761, DefStan 00-970/55/56.
  • Understanding of wider cyber frameworks (ISO 27001/27005, NIST SP 800‑53/160).
  • Consultancy experience including scoping, costing, and proposal support.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
