Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of CSS artefacts aligned to DO-326A, ED-202A, ED-203A.
- Conduct threat analysis, risk assessments, and define security architectures.
- Integrate cyber security into safety-critical assurance (DO-178C, DO-254, IEC 61508).
- Support system and safety assessments (ARP4754A, ARP4761).
- Engage clients, shape solutions, and influence programme outcomes.
- Scope and cost work, support bids and proposals.
- Mentor junior consultants and grow capability.
Qualifications
- Practitioner-level experience in DO-326A (and DO-356A/DO-355).
- Understanding of cyber security artefacts in safety-critical environments.
- Strong knowledge of safety-critical software standards.
- Familiarity with ARP4754A, ARP4761, DefStan 00-970/55/56.
- Understanding of wider cyber frameworks (ISO 27001/27005, NIST SP 800‑53/160).
- Consultancy experience including scoping, costing, and proposal support.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
