The Programme Support Scheduler will support the development and maintenance of an integrated programme schedule. This will necessitate close interaction and engagement with project schedulers, with direction being provided by the Programme Integration Scheduler/Functional Lead.

Some of your accountabilities be:

  • Stakeholder engagement with Tranche Planners and Leads.
  • Support with updating the P6 schedule. Work closely with the Project Schedulers, Project Managers, and Delivery Agents to gather progress to facilitate accurate schedule updates and development.
  • Support critical path analysis.
  • Management and reporting of dependencies and key milestones.
  • Support analysis of schedule performance data, (root cause analysis and corrective actions).
  • Other duties requested by, or as agreed with, the Programme Controls and Integration Manager and Programme Integration Scheduler.

What Do We Need

  • Experience using P6.
  • Strong engagement and communication skills.
  • Generation and presentation of reports for senior management.
  • Proactive and able to use own initiative to solve problems and see opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Good understanding of the various methods of planning, programme, and progress monitoring.
  • Good understanding of risk and opportunity management with reference to planning and programming.
  • Strong understanding of the events that initiate, and of the methods used to demonstrate delay or change.

Location

The role is Hybrid where 3 days per week will be spent in Abbey Wood, Bristol. There may be occasional travel.
