Position Summary
P3M Consultant – Salary £40,000 to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Location: Burton, Manchester or Glasgow.
Working pattern: flexible hybrid, time split between office, client sites, and working from home.

About the Role
Frazer‑Nash is looking for P3M consultants with experience in Defence, Energy or Nuclear sectors to help deliver complex, high‑value programmes for our strategic clients. The ideal candidate will have a consultancy background, strong delivery focus, and thrive in fast‑paced, complex environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on client engagements and be part of teams delivering large or complex projects in defence and energy industries.
- Operate within a technical group, providing consultancy services.
- Potentially manage small teams for more experienced hires.
- Participate in bid and campaign work across all levels of bid/project teams.
Essential Experience & Qualifications
- Accredited P3M professional with delivery experience.
- Sector knowledge across defence or energy, especially in large programmes such as GCAP, Dreadnought, Ajax, SMR or other nuclear programmes.
- Consultancy background in busy operational delivery environments.
- Experience working with major UK defence OEMs on large and complex programmes.
- Strong ability to advance career to next level within P3M.
