The Programme and Project Partners (PPP) model was mobilised in 2019 with the purpose of transforming major project delivery at the Sellafield nuclear site.

The partnership is delivering a 20-year pipeline of major infrastructure projects to support the decommissioning of Sellafield and to create a clean and safe environment for future generations.

The PMP Manager will be responsible for the leadership, coordination, and governance of Plant Modification Proposals (PMPs). This role ensures that modifications to plant and processes are controlled, safe, and compliant with Site License Conditions and SLP 1.02.14 requirements. The role leads PMP delivery from initiation through to closeout, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement, integration with project controls, and adherence to safety, environmental, and design intent requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Demonstrated experience in PMP management.
