We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead project information management activities on a major infrastructure programme.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes, information requirements, and data deliverables are effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Required Experience
- Demonstrable BIM management experience from a project delivery environment.
- Strong understanding of construction management, construction regulations, and project delivery practices.
- Advanced proficiency with BIM and design tools including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Auto CAD, Civil 3D, or Bentley software.
- Experience in model auditing, quality assurance, and quality control processes.
- Strong data management, reporting, and technical documentation skills.
- Good working knowledge of ISO 19650, PAS 1192, and the UK BIM Framework.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and collaborative approach.
- Location
The role is Hybrid where 2-3 days per week will be spent on the site in Plymouth.
