We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead project information management activities on a major infrastructure programme. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes, information requirements, and data deliverables are effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with project stakeholders, you will help establish, maintain, assure, and deliver compliant information management processes in line with industry standards and project requirements.
Required Experience
- Demonstrable BIM management experience from a project delivery environment.
- Strong understanding of construction management, construction regulations, and project delivery practices.
- Advanced proficiency with BIM and design tools including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or Bentley software.
- Experience in model auditing, quality assurance, and quality control processes.
- Strong data management, reporting, and technical documentation skills.
- Good working knowledge of ISO 19650, PAS 1192, and the UK BIM Framework.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and collaborative approach.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a significant infrastructure programme while driving effective information management, BIM compliance, and digital project delivery. The successful candidate will balance strategic information management responsibilities with practical project support, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality project information throughout the asset lifecycle.
Location
The role is Hybrid where 2-3 days per week will be spent on the site in Plymouth.
