The Fire & Security Installation Engineer is responsible for the professional installation, commissioning and handover of electronic fire and security systems across commercial, industrial and residential properties.

- Work from drawings, specifications and cause & effect documentation.
- Identify installation issues before they become project delays.
- Maintain excellent workmanship throughout every installation.
- Ensure cable management meets company standards.
- Commission systems to manufacturer requirements.
- Complete customer demonstrations and end-user training.
- Obtain customer sign-off upon completion.
- Quality Assurance
- Ensure every installation meets KBO Fire & Security quality standards by:
- Maintaining neat and professional workmanship.
- Labelling equipment correctly.
- Testing all equipment before handover.
- Completing commissioning documentation.
- Producing accurate as-fitted information.
- Reporting defects immediately.
- Supporting ISO9001 continuous improvement initiatives.
