Our client, a fast-growing and innovative company in the music industry, is looking for a Finance Manager to take ownership of financial processes and collaborate with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle bookkeeping & accounting
- Oversee VAT, payroll, and compliance (including international payments)
- Analyze financial data for cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure accurate and timely payments
- Streamline and improve financial processes
- Work with external accountants and leadership on financial strategy
- Prepare for future growth, with potential to lead a finance team
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification (or working towards completion)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in accounting/finance
- Strong financial software proficiency & knowledge of accounting practices
- Highly organized with excellent analytical skills
- Strong communicator, able to work with internal & external stakeholders
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Passion for the music industry and eager to contribute to an innovative company
