Job specification:
- Mid-month/end of month customer statement runs.
- Reconciliation of accounts to ensure that all invoices have been actioned by the customer.
- Purchase Ledger - processing of purchase invoices, coding, electronic filing.
- Preparation of weekly suggested payment runs.
- Supplier statement reconciliations.
- Processing staff expenses.
- Contact with customers to chase outstanding debts.
- Monitor accounts inbox.
- Maintain monthly charges tracker.
- Ad hoc tasks requested by the Finance Manager.
