An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Workshop Technician to join a growing subsea services business based in Kintore. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with strong hydraulic and mechanical experience who enjoys working within a fast-paced workshop environment supporting specialist subsea and offshore equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the testing, maintenance, assembly, commissioning, modification, and upgrade of a wide range of hydraulic and mechanical equipment, ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Test, maintain, prepare, modify, and upgrade equipment in line with OEM and company procedures.
- Complete all workshop documentation accurately and to a high standard.
- Carry out equipment inspections, fault finding, and repairs.
- Assist with equipment inventory management and stock control.
- Ensure workshop areas are maintained in a clean, safe, and organised condition.
- Operate plant equipment and workshop tools safely and efficiently.
- Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and ongoing HSE initiatives.
- Follow all company procedures relating to quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Undertake any required technical or HSE training relevant to the role.
