Due to new projects being won, we have some excellent opportunities for Site Managers of all levels to join a well-established Construction Company based in Aberdeen. Opportunities available include Assistant Site Manager, Site Manager and Senior Site Manager. You will be joining an established team supervising site personnel and making day to day decisions relating to site operations.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure health and safety standards are complied with.
- Implement site inductions.
- Liaise with Architects, Design Team and Engineers.
- Supervision of site personnel and subcontractors.
- Play an active role in identifying training and development needs of site employees.
- Monitor contracts and target programmes to ensure key dates are met and ensure plant, labour and materials are delivered to meet programme needs.
- Discuss programme changes if required.
- Provide detailed material take-offs.
Essential:
- SMSTS Certificate
- CSCS Card
- Driving Licence
- First Aid
Desirable:
- Bachelor's Degree related to Construction or Civil Engineering.
- Management qualification NVQ/SVQ level 4 is desirable.
- Construction trade craft apprenticeship.
