A great opportunity for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer has become available to join a reputable Oil and Gas company based in Aberdeen. The purpose of this role is to design electrical systems for company equipment in line with project requirements. Being specialists in their field, the company are looking for an experienced individual who has the working knowledge within this role to be able to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities:
- Design and specification of electrical systems for company equipment.
- Undertake role of lead electrical design engineer.
- Develop designs from concept through to finished product.
- Provide electrical Engineering support.
- Create quality designs, drawings and supporting documents.
- Determine availability of assets based on their electrical condition.
- Communicate with Management teams.
Essential Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field (Electrical Engineering).
- 2D/ 3D CAD systems.
- Experience in providing engineering solutions.
- Knowledge and demonstrable experience in Electrical Design Engineering.
