This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator to join a nationwide company, assisting in the day to day running of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
* Answering incoming calls on sales and customer service matters.
* Process customer payments, returns and refunds.
* Manage own and shared inbox of incoming customer emails.
* Book out orders and send relevant customer documents when necessary.
* Fill out account forms on behalf of the business.
* Serve and assist customers when necessary.
* Carry out other ad hoc duties requested by the jobholder’s line manager from time to time.
