Programme Delivery Lead- Rugby The Role The Programme Delivery Lead is responsible for the successful planning, coordination and delivery of a long-term strategic customer programme, ensuring contractual commitments are met safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Acting as the primary point of contact for the customer, the Programme Delivery Lead will build and maintain strong working relationships while coordinating cross-functional teams, suppliers and stakeholders to deliver an evolving programme of work.
The role requires the ability to manage competing priorities, respond effectively to changing customer requirements and make informed decisions in a dynamic environment where information may be incomplete.
This role will provide leadership across programme planning, procurement, cost control, quality, documentation and risk management, driving continuous improvement and ensuring the programme delivers value for both the customer and the business throughout the contract lifecycle.
