An excellent opportunity has arisen for an organised and proactive Operations Administrator to join a busy operations team within an established organisation supporting the energy and industrial services sector. This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can confidently manage multiple priorities, and takes pride in keeping documentation, systems and operational processes accurate and up to date.
The Role
Working closely with the Operations and Workshop teams, the Operations Administrator will provide essential day-to-day administrative support across equipment movements, certification, work orders, sales orders and operational records. The successful candidate will be responsible for a varied workload, including:
- Preparing delivery notes, equipment dispatch documentation and equipment return notes
- Processing equipment rental returns and updating internal systems
- Preparing work order job packs
- Producing and maintaining equipment certification and certification packs
- Updating certification registers, expiry dates and associated electronic records
- Maintaining personnel training and competency records
- Updating sales orders and equipment off-hire information
- Liaising with third-party suppliers regarding equipment off-hire dates
- Allocating equipment against sales orders
