We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Design Engineer to join a Design and Manufacturing Company based in Aberdeen. You will be joining a company that boasts an impressive range of products available to the global energy market and you will be part of a well-established team that covers all aspects of research and design. Ideally, you will have strong experience in a Design Engineering role, working with 3D modelling software and downhole tool design from concept through to completion.
Responsibilities
- Develop designs for downhole tool projects.
- Work from concept through to completion.
- Work with design software (Inventor preferable but flexible).
- Carry out calculations.
- Collaborate with a team of Engineers.
- Support existing designs and new product ranges.
Required
- Degree in an Engineering discipline.
- 10 years of experience working in a Design Engineering role.
- Experience with Downhole Tooling design.
