Work closely with UK leadership team and wider commercial function to lead ITTs, RFPs and tender submissions – from early strategy through to contract award and handover. This is a high‑impact role at the front end of the business, shaping how we go to market and how we win.
Responsibilities
- Leading end‑to‑end tender activities, from kick‑off to submission and award.
- Developing winning strategies through early analysis of scope, risk, margin and opportunity.
- Coordinating technical, commercial and operational inputs across multiple service lines.
- Preparing robust cost estimates, pricing models, schedules and commercial submissions.
- Driving bid/no‑bid reviews, pre‑submission governance and approvals.
- Acting as a key interface with clients, partners and suppliers during the tender phase.
- Handing over successful tenders seamlessly to projects and operations teams.
- Representing the business at client meetings and industry events.
- Tracking tender performance, lessons learned and commercial trends.
