At KBM Resourcing we provide a specialist recruitment service as well as a dedicated Human Resource Management consultancy service.

We believe that our people underpin our success and that working in a moral and ethical way secures this success.

We are now approaching 20 years in business and have always operated in the same way.

Our core recruitment sectors are Engineering, Construction and Finance/HR and we have recently diversified into a thriving Technology sector.

In short, we invest in areas where our service is valued and are always looking to develop long term business relationships.

Our Finance/HR section has been developed over a number of years and is active, although for a number of reasons is not currently reaching the potential that we see in the market and so we are looking for a talented recruiter to take it to the next level.

We will give you a comprehensive database of clients and candidates as well as existing business relationships both in Finance/HR and via cross selling into our other sectors.

You will bring credibility through a demonstrable track record of turning opportunities into relationships and ultimately fees.

In return we will give you a generous basic salary, commission on every fee that you generate and uncapped earning potential.

We are open to applications from existing recruiters or indeed other sales or business development professionals who are looking to move into recruitment.

In short if you are a genuinely nice person, not scared to get stuck in and have the drive and ambition get results then you’ll fit right in here.

Face to face business meetings will be a key part of this role so a drivers licence is needed
