Responsibilities

  • General administration support
  • Project Logistics – manpower, flights, transport daily.
  • Purchasing.
  • SAGE data input
  • Customer invoicing.
  • Supplier invoices.
  • Statements.
  • Month end supplier payment run
  • Banking
  • Check banks and input incoming/outgoing payments on sage.
  • Chase debt.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Sage experience preferable, not essential.
  • Strong administration & organisational skills.
